To add supersets to a workout:
- Go to the Builder tab.
- Choose the category Goals & More.
- Scroll down until you see Superset.
You can also search for Superset directly.
- Drag or double-tap a Superset between pairs of exercises that you want to perform together.
When performing a superset, you do the first set of the first two exercises back to back.
That is set one for each workout.
After your rest, you perform the second set for each workout, similar to the first.
After those sets are complete, move on to the next Superset.
