Q: How do I download the app?
The easiest method of getting the app is to receive an invite from your gym through Club Hub. This way, your membership will automatically link to your user account and allow you to get started setting things up how you want faster.
The alternative method is for you to download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Q: How much does it cost?
Nothing! The app is free of charge. All you need is an active Anytime Fitness membership to use it.
Q: Can I set and keep track of goals?
You can. There are automatic and manually tracked goals that you can setup to help you.
If you have connected a wearable tracking device, the app currently tracks towards five goals automatically. This can be steps taken, miles moved, calories burned, and more.
Manually tracked goals can be whatever you choose and can be updated simply by pressing a button on their screen.

Q: What is Anytime Workouts?
The Anytime Workouts app allows you to choose from a wide array of workouts, or customize and build your own. If you have a Virtual Coach, they can choose and make workouts to help you reach your goals.
Anytime Workouts works in conjunction with the Anytime Fitness app. If you do not have a Workout plan yet, the Anytime Fitness app will help you get started.
Select Find a Fitness Plan, then select your Fitness Level and select your Goal.
Account Linking and Usage
Q: I am having issues linking my account. What do I do?
Double check all of your personal information like first name, last name, and similar. If it is correct, ensure that gym staff has your information entered correctly as well.
Sometimes if a name sounds one way and is spelled another it can cause confusion between our data.
If none of this works, submit a ticket and we will be happy to help you.
Q: Why aren't my gym visits showing?
Your data may not show up for multiple reasons. This can include membership changes, tracking device updates, and more.
If data is not showing up in the app, re-linking your account through the app is a good way to try and solve the issue.
Towards the bottom of the More tab, there is a link that will guide you through re-linking your membership. For more details, you can go to the link below.
Q: What is Virtual Coaching?
Anytime Fitness Virtual Coaching provides one-on-one guidance and personalized coaching to our members anytime, anywhere. Inside or outside the gym, using the Anytime Fitness mobile app makes connecting with, and talking to, a coach easier. Trainers can monitor workouts, progress, and patterns to provide guidance and support to help members reach their goals.
Q: How do I get a coach?
Coaching is only available at participating locations. Check with your gym to get more information about their coaches or virtual coaching.
Q: What is the Coach tab for?
If you have a Virtual Coach, your "Coach" tab changes to the name of your coach and is a one-on-one chat with your coach. This chat session also contains relevant data to your journey and progress towards your goals.

Q: Does the Anytime Fitness App support fitness tracking devices?
It does! Connecting to a tracking device allows the app to organize and use your data to help you keep track of your progress.
Supported devices include Fitbit and most devices supported by MapMyFitness such as Jawbone, Misfit, Connect, and more.

Q: Does the app support the Samsung Gear and Apple Watch?
We do not currently sync with either of these options.
However, a majority of devices supported by MapMyFitness do work with the Anytime Fitness app!
MapMyFitness passes all of their stats to us once you sync with them.
Q: Why doesn't my MyFitnessPal data sync with the Anytime App?
We plan to sync MyFitnessPal data in the future. Currently, MyFitnessPal data does not sync with the Anytime app. UnderArmour has purchased MapMyFitness and MyFitnessPal. They are currently working to sync up user accounts in their systems. When the account sync is complete, MapMyFitness MVP users will receive the upgraded MyFitnessPal service.
Q: How do I get upgraded to MapMyFitness MVP?
Members that link to MapMyFitness via the Anytime app automatically receive a free MVP upgrade. This is normally $29.99/year or $5.99/month. Once complete, Map My Fitness data will appear in the Anytime App.

Q: Why isn't information from my fitness device appearing?
Try these steps.
Try logging in to the app for your fitness device to trigger a data sync.
Logging in ensures the Anytime Fitness app and your fitness device app are communicating.
Ensure your device settings granted access to the apps you are using.
There is sometimes a 15 to 20 minute delay if our servers are busy.
If all else fails, submit a support ticket to us and we will be happy to help.
Q: How do I sync with gym equipment?
We do not support this feature at this time.
Q: How do I connect my Fitbit device?

Q: How do I connect my Misfit device?
The steps required to connect a Misfit device are a little different from others. For more information, please follow the steps in the link below.
Scheduling is not available at all locations.
Q: How do I schedule a training session with my trainer?
*If you are in a location where scheduling is available and have already purchased training sessions, go to the More tab. In the Appointments & Training section, you can book group or personal training, and view your appointments by tapping My Schedule.
For now, booking a session for personal or group training is only available in certain gyms. If your country does not support this feature, this may not be available in your market.
If it is not available in your gym, contact them directly to schedule training.
Q: How do I check how many training sessions I have?
You can view how many paid sessions you have on the Agreement Information screen, in the More Tab.
Tap the Paid Training Sessions button for more details on what is available.
Q: How do I buy more training sessions?
Contact your home gym for information on purchasing more training sessions.
Q: What does Confirm Appointment do in the My Schedule screen?
Confirming an appointment tells your gym that the time and date of an appointment work for you!
When a gym schedules an appointment, go to the More tab, and into My Schedule to confirm it. Confirming lets the gym know that you acknowledge the appointment and will be present.
If scheduling training is available at your location, confirming an appointment you have scheduled is optional.
However, if you want to put an appointment on the calendar of your device you need to confirm it.
