Sometimes your data may not show up in the Anytime Fitness app. This can happen for a few reasons, but most of the time can be fixed by re-linking your account.
If your membership or key fob has been changed, you can re-link your app and membership with this option.
- Log into the Anytime Fitness app.
- Go to the More tab.
- Tap on Agreement Information and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap the Try relinking your membership link and it will guide you through re-linking your membership.
