If data does not seem to be syncing to the Anytime App from MapMyFitness, please verify that your workouts or steps, calories and/or distance appear within the MapMyFitness app or website > 24/7 Activity section.
It tends to take between two to ten minutes for data to sync from a wearable tracking device to MapMyFitness and then the Anytime Fitness app.
If any part of your agreement or membership has changed, you need to re-link your account through the app.
Go to the More tab.
Tap on Agreement Information.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Re-link Membership.
If your data still does not match, please submit a support ticket from the Anytime Fitness app.
Note: If you have a Fitbit connected directly with the Anytime Fitness app, your primary data source is your Fitbit. Your workout data from MapMyFitness appears as a card on your Health Feed and as an item in your chat with your Coach, but it will not count towards the stats at the top of your Health Feed or towards progress for your goals. Your Fitbit connection is the source of your stats and goal progress.
