If you currently do not have Anytime Workouts installed on your device, you will be prompted to download the app.
You can get started by selecting a Fitness Plan that matches your fitness level and goals.
To accurately calculate things like estimated calories for each workout, you need to enter information. If you have not entered all of the information Anytime Workouts needs for calculations, you will be prompted to enter it.
Your coach is notified of workouts completed in the app.
They also appear in your Health Feed in the Anytime Fitness app.
