The Anytime Workouts app works in conjunction with the Anytime Fitness app.
If you do not have a Workout plan yet, the Anytime Fitness app will help you get started. Select Find a Fitness Plan, then select your Fitness Level and select your Goal.

If you currently do not have Anytime Workouts installed on your device, you will be prompted to download the app.
You can proceed by selecting a Fitness Plan that matches your fitness level and goals.
Once you have been using Anytime Workouts independently or with your coach, the Anytime Fitness app will display information about your next workout with a link to open Anytime Workouts right to your next workout.
You can also launch the Workouts app directly to your Schedule or your completed workouts Log.
In order to properly calculate things like estimated calories for each workout, you need to enter information. If you have not entered all of the information Anytime Workouts needs for calculations, you will be prompted to enter it.
Your coach is notified of Workouts completed in the Workouts app. They also appear in your Health Feed.
