The Anytime Fitness app currently tracks up to five goals automatically.
All users start with the default Gym Visits goal of two visits per week.
Once a user has established a connection with Fitbit or MapMyFitness, additional automatic goals are added with the default values of:
- 10,000 steps per day
- 6 miles per week
- 30 minutes active per day
- 300 calories burned per day
To change the goal value for an automatic goal, tap on the goal and increase or decrease the goal amount.
To view your history for a manual goal, tap on the goal from the goal list screen. View the graph or tap History to view additional details. Depending on how much data the goal has, it may take a few moments for the full history to show.
