Each exercise has a More menu with some additional features:
- Select Add to Favorites to add the current exercise to Favorite Exercises, which can be found in Builder. Once an exercise is a favorite, you can choose it again to Remove from Favorites.
- While certain cardio exercises such as a treadmill and bicycle will default to Strength Tracking, you can manually change the reps/sets tracking to Cardio by choosing Cardio Tracking from the More menu.
When Cardio is set, you can also switch back to Strength tracking.
You can adjust any setting by tapping a space.
In the Note column, you can tap the page icon to enter personal notes about an exercise. Notes you create appear in your history whenever you perform the workout again.
The stopwatch icon on the right side allows you to time your reps within the app. Tap it once to begin the timer, then either tap the pause or stop icon.
Tap the + icon to add a new row.
Previously tracked exercises show up in History, below the tracking area. The list shows the most recent at the top and allows you to scroll through each time the exercise was performed.
History is a good way to track your progress over time.
If you have performed a workout previously, and only want to view the history of the current workout, uncheck the All Workouts box.
