Q: How does the syncing/cloud backup work?
Workouts has auto-syncing built in.
If you log into another device, make sure you use the same account as your original one and wait for the sync to complete before reviewing your data.
If you see an error, please ensure your internet connection is active and don't let your device auto-lock until sync is complete.
Q: How do I complete a workout?
Swiping on the last exercise takes you to the Complete Workout screen.
You can tap the grid icon to return to the Overview screen, and jump from exercise to exercise.
Q: How do I delete a workout?
To delete a custom workout:
- Open the side menu.
- Go to Workouts.
- Tap the second icon on the top for My Workouts.
- Swipe left on the workout you want to delete.
- Tap the X icon that appears to delete the workout.
Q: Can I modify a pre-existing workout?
You can duplicate a workout to modify it in the Builder.
- While in a workout, tap the more button on the top right [...]
- Choose Duplicate Workout
- Tap Continue
