The Home screen provides quick access to related workouts, recent activity, and more. You can access this screen by tapping Home on the side menu.
What is shown is determined by what workouts you have performed, completed, received, and what has been scheduled.
You can tap any title bar to collapse the section.
If there is more than one card in a category, you can swipe left and right to look through them.
Here is a list of things that may appear:
- Continue Tracking
If you have started a workout, you can continue by tapping on the workout you want.
- Build a New Workout
You can tap this card to build a new workout, which takes you to the Builder section of the app.

- Next Workout
The Next Workout card displays workouts related to ones you have already completed.
- Recently Completed
Completed workouts appear on the Recently Completed card. If you want to do the workout again, tap the card.
- Fitness Plan
If you have selected a Fitness Plan, you will be prompted to start or continue here.
You can remove a saved Fitness Plan by tapping the X on the top right.
- Workout Programs
If you have been performing any non-fitness plan workouts, the Next Workout card prompts you on what to perform next based on what you previously completed.
If you have scheduled workouts, current and future scheduled workouts appear at the top of Home.

The Received card is a listing of the most recently received workouts. Tap the received workout to go to the Received Workouts list to download, preview and perform.
